A book that tells the story of how Singapore changed from a third world slum to a first world eco-city. Through the use of colorful graphics of island landscapes the book also showcases how community partnerships have been at the core of the Ministry's work, featuring people who are helping to improve the quality of Singapore's physical environment. There are major infrastructure developments such as Singapore's first incineration plant, with Singapore River Clean-up, Semakau Landfill, NEWater and Marina.
